I heard Zealots drop coffer keys in Castle Oztroja, these are lower level mobs that i could solo at 58 with just a WHM friend.

Anyone confirm / deny this?

Also, if i were to set up a party to do this, would it be better to follow the rule the more the better? Or can it be done on the small setup like you had with ease? Out of the mobs i have fought, it doesn't seem to easily drop

they dont drop coffer keys, they drop chest keys

Great guide Sorath. Completed Artifact 1 for Raven scythe today
with a party of 56/28 PLD/WAR , 43/22 WTM/SMN, and me DRK/WAR 46/23. Was a fairly close fight and well worth it.

Don't try to get the coffer without some high level help. I went in a party of: 61 NIN/WAR, 60 NIN/WAR, 60 THF/NIN, 57 WHM/BLM, 57 RDM/BLM, 57 DRG/WHM, 57 MNK/WAR, 57 DRK/WAR (me), 57 BST/WHM.

Linkage there sucks. I died from tomb wolf of all things to die in there. Got a 3 Tomb Wolf link, 2 Lichs and a couple of other skellys. Quite nasty.

Spriggans aren't hard with 2 NINs. However, the Haunt was killer (Towards the end of that fight, most of us we down to around 200 or so HP left and if it wasn't for the Wyvern's healing breath, we'd have a dead alliance).

Bones were easiest and with MNK we burned through them. Watch out for BLM bones and make sure you keep them silenced/paralyzed and you DRKs use Stun/Weapon Bash please. Thanks.

Done 5 of the 6 AF's so far.

A couple comments.

1) For AF3, bring along a couple of high level monks if you can. Have them use their 2 hours and fight each skeleton that accompanies the main nm. Have the main tank on the Weapon that spawns.

2) For the AF leggings in Davoi. A full party of 57 can probably do it, but I wouldnt suggest it. You'll probably want a couple of 60+ with you at least. Orcs link like crazy there. Fight mobs in davoi and not Monastic Cavern for the key drop because links will happen no matter if you're in Davoi or Monastic. Don't want to spend half the time fighting mobs that wont drop the key.

Dark Knight Artifact 2 "Dark Puppet"

Obtained these awesome boots over the weekend without a hitch. Also of note, the locations of the ??? are in H-12, H-8, &
H-10. The team that I set up was DRK53, DRK53, DRK51, BLM52,
WHM51, & PLD 60. The AXE:Surprisingly we actually had a DRK die with the first mob, as he obtained agrro somehow and it lashed out with Mighty strikes in the end. The SWORD: The second weapon went down in a matter of seconds! I think someone musta thought he had weapons of mass destruction hidden on em because he was killed in under 15 seconds.
The SOUL: This ghost type mob is extremely nasty but easily manageable. We built up 300%TP on the mobs before entering this battle, and because I'd heard rumors of it's very powerful mass SLEEP spell it cast, I'd purchased a stack of "Poison Potions"
for the party to drink down right before fight. With the poison coursing in our veins, the mob could only cast his mass sleep spells in vain as we hacked it to ribbons!
