Scythes at AH

Every time I go to the AH in San'doria there are very few scythes for sale, are scythes that hard to get or is it just my server/kingdom? Most of the scythes for sale there are for lvl 20's and below, it's gonna suck if I have to go searching all around Fairy just to get a good scythe when I get up in the lvls.

Go to Jeuno, that is where you find the rest of the scythes.

Id say go look in stores and such. If your kingdom is in first place, then your shops will have more items to choose from. If another kingdom is in first ask someone from that kingdom to check the shop for you (have to do this because only the people from that nation can see the additional items). If worse comes to worst, youll have to hunt your own off of NM's which can be hectic if others have the same problems.

Eh the stores suck for scythe unlesss your looking for like bronze or brass zaghnol... And if possible, when you get to 20, get a cruel scythe if you can instead of that other scythe they sell at jeuno stores.... Basically its all about hunting down the AH's for teh scythes but at lvl 30 you can use CP to get a Merc. Captain Scythe.... Good luck

That's what I've heard from most of my friends who are playing now.

btw...Chaos Kikaizum that is the COOLEST sig I've seen in my life. What's it from, did u make it? Cool cool, when the PS2 version comes outl...maybe I'll get on Fairy and we can play together...by then u'd probably be level 70 tho LOL

for some dumb reason all scythe's for the drk at 18 and above have been sold out and hard to get sometimes, you just have to make due and wait for the scythe's in AH at jeuno.

They ran out of brass zanghals for a while so i was sorta forced to get Brass Zngh. +1 I was mad atfirst but it was worth it. It totally pwns the hell out of things, even if it is just a brass Zngh.

Well I ended up getting to Jueno, and the AH had alot more things to choose from than San'doria and Bastok. I didn't have the gil to get the scythe I wanted so oh well.

Heh, thanks, I actually made it myself, not bad for a first attempt huh. I've thought about making a new one though, maybe the new one will look even better. And hey, if you do get on the Fairy server, send me a tell, my character's name is Arkz.

Actually thats not totally true. Granted i would much rather take the ones that NM's drop but if you need to upgrade and you cant find what you want in the AH, you can always get the Low Quality stuff in the shops. Its better to have an okay weapon at your level than a low lvl weapon. BTW you should be keeping your GS skill up too so you can change between GS and scythe when you cant find a decent scythe or GS.
