I need help with drain quest in sandy...how much fame do i need and whats a good way to get fame?....so far i have done 22 seperate quests(all unique)......Novalmauge still wont give me quest.....any suggestions?

you need to do a lot of repeats. not sure how much exactly.. just check your fame with that white haired elvaan guy in the pub in S Sandoria. try turning in bat wings or rabbit hides.

I had 22 sand quests done, i think you need a certain amount of world quests also.

I did the rabbit quest 30 times, and he didn't give it to me. I tried 40, and he did! Check your fame at the tavern.

For your money and quest return value, it is better to do the bat quest if you are buying the items from AH.

Heh I've killed Jaggedy Eared Jack 5 times so far.. (no drop ; ; ) but got tons of Rabbit hides from camping him ^^w

I did a lot of low level quests to gain san doria fame, like paladin quests step 1-2-3, turning sheep, lizards hides to mithra near tanner and some other lowbies quests. I thing i spent like 6-8k for rabbits hides, bat wings and flintstones for repeatables quests before i got enought fame to get the drain quest. With all those quests i probably used like 4k after rewards and another 2k to buy beastmen blood, better than paying 15k.

I think building your fame to get drain is a good move, takes time but you'll have that fame when you want to do other quets like teleport scrolls quests for wm if you're playing one also.

San doria fame is easy to get if you compare to windurst (i'm from bastok), repeatable there were a pain when i wanted to gain fame for the aspir quest.

It took me ~50 turn ins on the repeatable quests before i got it.
