Ok, so recently I've noticed a lot of people asking about absorb spells, and what quests to do to get them, which, there is none, and what HNM's drop them and so on and so on. So...Being the lovely DRK that I am, I decided to make up a list of prices, and places that you can get the spells from. Enjoy!
First off, None can be gained from quests. You have to either farm them or buy them.
Absorb-STR, Absorb-VIT, Absorb-AGI, and Absorb-INT are dropped by level 30 orcs in Davoi, the Bone series in Eldieme, And the Demon series in Zvhal.
Absorb-MND and Absorb-CHR can be found from a woman vendor in Norg. In a guild shop. (Not positive which one) Left of the stairs.
nd the infamous Absorb-DEX, can be found on Count Bifrons, the HNM, in Zvhal. Would reccommend some help if you plan to take him down though. Count is a lvl. 41 HNM.
There is a few other places they can be found, but....These are the most commonly used farmed ones.
Of course, you can always take the easy and not-so-fun way out, and just buy them at the AH. Currently on Alexander server, all of them, excluding Absorb-DEX, go for anywhere from 1,000-4,000 gil. Which isn't that bad.
Absorb-DEX on the otherhand, is about 230k at the moment on Alexander, and I've heard stories of 300k on other servers. This is one you might want to consider farming.
