If i chose to be a dark knight with a black mage subjob. does the effect of my black magic multiply up as i have two lots of black magic ability?
thanks
dark angel
You would have a lot more MP and a bit more INT if you subbed BLM while playing DRK.
As far as I know the effect of the spell is not derived on whether you have 2 jobs that can use it. In fact I'm almost sure it isn't. Or else RDM would be the strongest class in the game, if all of it's white and black magic were doubled in effeciency.
So...the answer to this is No. You will have a few more black magic spells, and a lot more mp, but the overall effectiveness of the spells that both jobs can use shouldn't change drastically.
(PS. DRK/BLM isn't a very good combo to level with. because a DRK already gets half the BLM spells a BLM would get anyways. so all your doing is giving yourself some more MP and some AoE spells. And DRK doesn't like AoE, cuz if it gets agroed by more than one thing. Boom, your dead)
★ RDM 51 / BLM 37 ★ DRK 52 … THF 45 … WAR 37 … NIN 31
