What LVL can U be a drk???

Im currently lvl 8 almost 9 WEEeEeeeee.

I been told at lvl 30 ??, but while I been reading the board I see under peoples name different lvl on there drk

14 / 8 ??/

You have to have level 30 in a job, any job, before being able to do the Advanced Job quests. Many do warrior to 30 because its a good subjob while leveling up one of the advanced melee jobs like Dark Knight.

Why people put 14 DRK/7 WAR in their signature is because your sub job is limited to half of your main job. That person is most likely both a level 30 Warrior and a level 14 Dark Knight but when they set Dark Knight as their main job and Warrior as their subjob, Warrior gets reduced to level 7--half of the level 14 main job.
