Umm someone above said that yokodama is being removed? I didnt know about this, i was planning on going DRK/THF cuz of yokodama. Can anyone confirm this for me please?

Yokodama is not being removed just changed... it will work as originally intended. You and your Yoko buddy will need to be directly behind the mob now.

I'm a lvl 27 war...elven. Initially i was interrested in DRK but now I'm debating between DRK and DRG. Now when u compare their damage between both....do people combine the DRG's damage and their Wyvern's..to compare it to DRK? ......so for someone to say that DRK and DRG damage are the same does that include the wyvern?

As far as being a Paladin or something more PT desirable......I think playing something u don't want to be just to be liked kind of defeats the prupose of playing the game.....because it was designed to allow the player to format one's character to one's personality and playing style.

My playing styke is dealing damage...and the DRK seems ideal for that...however I starting to look for something to get out of the monoteny of the game....because a DRK seems to be just like a WAR....and if DRG can deal the same amount of damage...then i might have a winner....plus i heard DRK cannot solo worth a crap....but dont know if that is true

ok, first, DRG do the same as us in the 30-50s after they get their DRG only spears, but their wyvern does the damage that offsets us, they do not gain TP any quicker, they just hit a little quicker and do a little more, if the wyvern dies and they can't get him back, we are equal for a while. Though, at 60 we get one of the strongest WSes in the game, Gullotine, which officially makes DRK>DRG, plus DRG don't have status absorbing spells, Drain, and a stun ability (they have a weapon skill for this but stun weapon skills arn't that good)

in the beginning, DRK plays like WAR, but all melee jobs that are DDs do that. After 10 you start noticing differences such as 1) you are a horrible tank, 2) you do a hell a lot of damage, 3) Scyths are cool

at lvl 32, I can solo an easy prey very easly, 100+ a hit with Berserk makes me very quick to kill something with 500 HP, really, you arn't meant to solo, but you can do it quiet efficently.
