A level 36 DRG should be able to solo Dhalmels, Rabbits, (Buburimu) Bogys, Damselflies, Snippers, and Ghouls. You can get your Boarding pass by getting all 6 Sub-job items. I did this at around 40ish (just after ToAU came out) and it was very easy as RDM--a WHM sub with DRG would be very nice for this.
