I dual boxed Charybdis with a dnc and a brd.
You all seem to forget that unless other "classes" dnc have the evasion trait of a thf till III, merit upgrade give +16 evasion on its own. If you can get AF2 and Af1 gloves and feets, that's another +5 evasion.
I was using melody earings x2 but you can get ethereal + Evasion earing for +5 x 2 and Fenrir stone for +10 evasion.
Azoth + eminal tail also add +11 evasion in weapon dagger, since other class beside thf can't use dagger as effective as dnc.
Then rest of the gear. Let's set them aside.
Dnc is better evasion tank then a ninja without yonin. The best thing about dnc is they can do large heals and "stun"
