I don't know if this is true or not, but someone got some magazine from JP and posted some stuff about DNC that was a bit fuzzy before. Here's the direct link

Evasion Bonus @ lvl 15 , 45 , and 75
Accuracy Bonus @ lvl 30 and 60
Subtle Blow @ 25, 45, 65

Building Flourish:
1 Move: Boost Accuracy
2 Move: Boost Accuracy & ATK
3 Move: Boost Accuracy, ATK, & Critical Hit
