Re: blu food
It depends what you want to accomplish really.
If you want to provide the max boost to your spell casting, Sole Sushi is a nice staple because you get the melee accuracy to help your spells land along with STR and DEX boosts which modify many spells. Other sushi's are good to provide solely the accuracy boost if you aren't interested in paying higher prices for the stat boosts. To me, sushi becomes fairly important to have on hand when your spells aren't landing or when you start using a lot of multi-hitters like Diss/HB/FRip.
Meats are fine at low level for some sword damage boost. However, +ATK does not help your spell efficacy, only your sword/WS damage, so if you choose meats you need to keep this in mind.
If you want a little of both ATK for sword damage and ACC for spells, Marinara Pizza's are fairly cheap and give a decent boost to both. These are a 3-hour food so plan accordingly.
Again, it's dependant on your gear/merits and what you are using your BLU for. How much and what you're casting has to go into these considerations. So, consider those above suggestions/ideas and then make your own decision on what's best for you.sigpic

Re: blu food
Marinara Pizza is another option, since it gives attack along with some accuracy; probably will outperform meat somewhere starting in the late Lv.20's, if not sooner. I've used Dorado Sushi while taking on BLU/WAR, and I'd imagine most higher level BLUs would use Squid/Bream/Sole sushi primarily.
At 75, there are times a BLU will want Tavnazian Taco for Cannonball build.
p.s. Bah. Didn't notice it was a necro bump.Bamboo shadows sweep the stars,
yet not a mote of dust is stirred;
Moonlight pierces the depths of the pond,
leaving no trace in the water.
