It's not bad. It's pretty "meh" though - any job that can equip Dissector can find something much better. Perdu Hanger runs circles around it in terms of raw DPS, and that doesn't even take into account the Attack and Acc that affects both hands (whereas Dissector's crit rate only affects Dissector.) The Lv.73 Slayer swords and Senior Gold Musketeer's Scimitar are also far stronger than Dissector. There's pretty much no room for Dissector among the best swords BLU can equip.

Martial Anelace does not affect blue magic in any way. If it did, you can bet it'd be even more expensive than it already is. The only (not completely retarded) reason a BLU would have for using it is for a stronger Savage Blade.
