newbie here.. am I bugged?

After about 60 rarabs or so it finally said you have learned foot kick. I check my blue mage magic list and I see nothing there. I read the stickies and did a search and don't see anyone else that is having my problem. Do I have to do anything after It says I have learned it or does it supposed to just pop up in my blue mage spells list?

Open your right hand side menu, select Magic > Blue Magic > Set Spells.

After you select your spells, wait 60 seconds, and your selected spells will be castable.

Crisis averted! Y'know, I think I hear just as many questions on how to set spells then other things BLU related, like where to go for AF ^_^;

I had a level 10 BLU ask me (I was 12 BLU at the time) how to use his blue magic. Apparently, someone told him he had to wait until level 10 before it was available. Not sure if someone gave him a smart-aleck response (more likely) or if it was a case of the blind leading the blind.
