So far, it's looking that way. I know I've stacked Screwdriver with it, and I understand Mandibular Bite, Death Scissors and Dimensional Death have been mentioned with it. From my understanding, read each physical spell's description, if it doesn't contain an additional effect such as wind damage, you can usually bet it'll stack.

Normally, SA works by making any purely physical damage WS act like a critical hit for high damage, (or the first hit of a multi-hit WS like Combo or Dancing Edge, which I think is why these seem to vary in damage more). It doesn't work on any WS that has an elemental damage component, however, which is why you can't use Gust Slash or Gale Axe with SA. So, provided a physical spell is just going to hit for damage, it should work with SA.

I dunno though, maybe someone with BLU a little higher than me has noticed a different effect.

Quick nitpick: There are physical blue spells that count as ranged attacks. I haven't tested it yet (BLU is 27.5 right now, just a bit more for SA) but Sneak Attack shouldn't stack with, say, Feather Storm. Interestingly enough, Wild Oats has range yet counts as a melee swing (sorta like Mistral Axe,) so in theory you could SA Wild Oats from a distance.

Other minor nitpick: Ranged weapons, katanas, and great katanas have hybrid WS (Hot Shot, Flaming Arrow, Blade: Chi, Tachi: Goten, Tachi: Kagero, Tachi: Jinpu, etc.) These do both physical and magical damage - they do normal melee swings, and then take a certain percentage of that melee swing's damage and do that much elemental damage. This is why SAM/THFs can SA Tachi: Kageros and actually do more damage.

I SA/Wild Oats all the time at the beginning of a fight. It does stack. It never misses and (at level 45) does roughly 45 damage vs. beetles in Quicksand Caves vs. 0-3 damage with no SA (if it hits at all). I also use it with Jet Stream when I chain Red Lotus Blade >> Jet Stream >> Fusion.

Some spells don't however, I am 90% sure that Pinecone Bomb does not work with SA (which would be really sweet to do a SA+Pinecone Bomb in ballista... just thinking, heh heh :D)

Just a little bit of experimentation needed, my impression is so long as you actually have to get up-close and personal with a mob to use the physical attack (which is lik 90% of 'em) you --should-- be able to SA on top of it.
