Lowest lvl skill-chain?

Hi there, I just recently picked up the blu mage job.
Got it to lvl 15 and I like it so far.
My question is what is the lovest lvl possible to start "self" skill chain?

I am eager to to get this learned

Self-renkei isn't possible until level 40 when you get the Chain Affinity job ability.
