HP based Attacks
I didn't include the approximation % since its kinda confusing and dosne't make sense to what its basing the % off of
-Note If you see the ÷ <-- thats supposed to be a "Divide Symbol" you can see it normal in JP font
-note this is somewhat confusing but close to the damage, my guess is resistance/damage boost depending on what breath type you use on what.
Basically I do like my Lv divided by the #, then divide my HP by the ration like 1/2 so divide my current HP by 2, add that to the number I got earleir for an approx damage.

Example 1000HP Frost breath 1/3 =333 Lv70 divided by .0625 = 112 so my breath does something near 333+112 = 445ish
