Just wondering

Does anyone feel like they might be missing out by lvling after 60+ without the AF? I mean I was just wonder how many feel like they would be missing out if they lvled after 60 without the AF.

I'm not a 60+ BLU, but if I were, I'd actually kind of be glad to not have to worry about doing my AF right now. It hasn't seemed to impair BLU in any way just wearing common gear, and if anything, the quests will be easier to do later on.

Then again, maybe SE will make this AF really useful, since they have the opportunity to take into account the current state of gear in the game. We'll just have to wait and see.

I'm only around the level of AF 1 but if it is like any of the other AF i own. Then well it wouldn't even be a problem to level without it, but I sure hope that is is great. I mean the arabian look has me so excited.

I wouldn't be anxious over it if I were a 60+BLU, just gives me more time to level before I have to get it.


Heck, i'm wondering if TAU jobs will have traditional AF.... Aydeewa Subterrane is the only reasonable place I could think of for a coffer...

And ROTZ coffers are in ROTZ areas, so...

unless they make the AF like 60-70 instead of 50-60..

I'm level 58 almost 59. I'm wearing my friend's Scorpion Harness +1. I really wish I had AF though...

I think we all hope af will help in blu magic accuracy and effectiveness. And give mp/ hmp. Talk to any blm and he'll tell you that elemental skill helps alot on resists.

On top of it all it would be nice to look like a blu mage and not a meleeing rdm.

Yeah, I was holding back on leveling BLU because I didn't want to miss what it would be like with the AF. I mean as a RDM I always kept my AF hat on, so I was just wondering and hoping that there would be some part of the BLU AF that might resemble the usefulness of the RDM's AF Hat is all ^^

I just hope blue mage artifact is as good as red mage/paladin AF, as in I don't really have to take it off. It looks to sweet.
