Page on my site I originnaly soorta started when it first came out in japanese but VZX spent time translating it fully and letting me use on my site, all credit goes to him for fully translating it and the STR modifier char also XD

Listing includes most all blue spells, the TP damage modifiers, the stats that modify damage, the spell modifiers, breath and so on.

You know if there were so many people researching stuff like this as cancer, world hunger,etc we would save the world XD

/laugh. Seems like the BLU craze of expansion release is over- so maybe I'll try it out. Seeing 3 BLU's seeking at the same lvl kinda detracts one from playing that job.. XD

I know this is an old post, but felt the need for the lower lvl BLUs out there to try to get some clarification on the effect of +CHR on breath spells. Has anyone further tested this possibility to conclude whether or not it actually affects breath dmg on our spells like Poison Breath. If anyone can offer inputs, would be greatly appreciated ^.^; Thanks.

No, CHR does not affect it. The formula for Poison Breath is (Current HP / 10) + (your level / 1.25). Note that that's your BLU level, not blue magic skill or main job level (if subbing BLU). That is your damage only if it is unresisted, however. Magic Bursting it will not boost damage; only affects the resist rate. It is not affected by Magic Atk. Bonus, but does ignore Magic Def. Bonus. It is still subject to direct magic resistance however, as in the case of Proto-Omega. Other spells similar to this are Magnetite Cloud, Radiant Breath, Hecatomb Wave, Flying Hip Press, Frost Breath, and Heat Breath, each of which have their own formulas.
