            Again, I wouldn't count blu out as a tank until the potency of their defensive skills can be tested. They seem to have some very nice self healing spells as well. Pollen, Healing Wind ...

                I disagree on the heavy armors, i mean they get cocoon and mettalic body before they even start to pt, and the one of the first three "starting" spells is pollen which is nice, i think you are lookin at another pld type tank, true wont have the intial armor defense that would be nice, but later on in lvls with everything stacking, i think it will be an interesting job to tank with, because you get to combine elements of DD'ing, HP recovery/dmg (see blood drain) and stuff to keep you alive, should be an interesting challenge to take on. Not only that, but definitly potential to be an excellent solo job no?

                  Cocoon, Metalic Body, Feather Barrier ... I wonder man, I wonder.

                  And.. has anyone thought of pure DD abilities? I mean, some of those are magical, and some are like skills, wonder how it works with SATA?

                    Solo definately.

                    I think what we're looking at is a buff-reliant blood tank. Sortof a hybrid between ninja and paladin, using spells to reduce damage taken as much as possible and using healing skills to recover the amount that he takes to the chin.

                        Interstingly enough later on the line Blue Does get MP Drainkiss.

                        What I see to be rather fun here is all the stunning skill that seem to be there. That would be rather assistant in tanking dont you think?

                        But there are some pretty nice damage skills there, a really really good array of defence abilities. I mean taking a deep look it seems rather varied to me. I'm going to enjoy playing around with this job.

                        But I share the consirn about the MP pool.

                          Too much remains to be seen in that regard, but from the look of their other skills it seems a given that blu is meant to be played on the front line.

                          Sheep Song at 16 will be nice.

                            With the exception of a lack of good Endgame Weponry... I think the backline question is out of the question. If the reports of equiping Koheng armor are true, then there is not debate that will really tell Blue Mage to sit in the back line. Expescially with that new set that gives refresh bonus.

                            My major conisrn is the MP pool, how Blue Mage is going to manage it.

                                Hmm... Blood Saber could be potentially awesome. And yeah, it kinda looks like Blue Mage could go as a tank, or a DD, or a nuker, or an enfeebler. I daresay they're more versitile than Red Mages.
