Wonder if SE considered Quick Draw. It doesn't give TP and its been known to break the rules elsewhere before, either because SE doesn't think about it or just wants COR to be the exception. Its not something I'd want to test, though, since even with /BLU, soloing those things is a pain.

If you really want to know, you could sub /BLM or /RDM or something like that. Go to Wajaom, at E-9 there's some DC Puks near an Aydeewa entrance. Pull with the nuke of the day, run to the zone line, then Quick Draw it with the day's element. If Quick Draw gives it 100 TP, there's a 50-50 chance it'll use it (since it'll then have 200.) If it does a TP move, you're done, otherwise just zone and try again a few times. If after like 5 tries it hasn't done a TP move in response to Quick Draw then it probably doesn't get TP from it.

How is Quick Draw an exception though? I've never read up on it so I assumed it had pretty standard behavior for magic damage, aside from AGI being tied to the resist rate and whatnot.

Quick Draw doesn't give TP. All I know on the subject.
