I'm going to try solo this when I have some time. Diabolos isnt high priority for me, but after seeing that vid, I'm sure I can do it, given some chance to prepare and know my route round the tiles which he doesnt go through.

he randomly removes tiles he has no pattern much easier to burn lol =D

There are certain patterns, it's just the pattern he chooses is random. If you have a good PC, you can look down from the ledge before the fight and see a darker outline around the tiles he'll drop. I don't know if it's possible on PS2.
