Why vs Colibri?

Number one reason for solo'ing BLM?

Not only does it mimic/parrot spells, but it also has magic damage cut, I think. Parties fighting those really don't want BLM's.

Ok, but that still doesn't explain why you LIMIT it to only Colibri. A straight-up vs. anything is actually far more likely, not to mention useful.

Warlock's grip: Staff skill +250, RDM only.
Edit > Not much they can give to BLM really except for Conserve MP, Fast Cast, or Magic acc/att. But I wouldn't expect much since this adition seems to be more aimed at melee atributes (even if SE says they want to help mages).

Only if I can get a Healer's grip: MND +50, Additional Effect: Refresh, WHM only, where the proc is about 1/10 chance on casting a healing-type spell, and each proc stacks.

I think he got that. I think he's trying to say that just because everyone's been throwing out jokes doesn't mean we can't examine them seriously, which I guess I can understand but as silly as some of these have been I don't see why you would either.
