Kiting with Bind and Gravity is a lot more efficient for rdm, since we don't have the hard-hitting but long-casting AM or tier IV spells to take advantage of the extra time that Sleep gives us over Bind. The way sleep is most useful for us is as a pause button mid-battle to regain mp, since any way you cut it sleep-nuke and bind-nuke are very mp-intensive. Using DoTs like Bio II and Poison II can buy you a little more damage while saving you some mp, but if you use them you have to be conscious of the fact that you won't be able to use Sleep until the slip damage has run its course.
so Graviety the mob and do what lvl 75 Blm do for merits?

At 63 you might be able to take on the Quiqrin Enterprisers in Aydeewa Subterrene. Best camp is down the ramp from the (I-10) entrance to Aydeewa Subterrene from Wajoam Woodlands.
These mobs use the RNG job, so they will just sit there and shoot @ you while you nuke, sleep, rest, repeat.
@ 63 BLM it is possible (but very slow) to solo these mobs. Idk how well RDM would fare, w/o some of the higher damaging spells 1 mob could take many rest cycles to kill....so you might want to bring a blm friend :D. You can Duo down there very quickly and make some good xp .
If you decide to take these mobs, make sure not to get close to them, they have some pretty nasty TP moves...lol, I learned this the hard way.
Use the closeby zone if you need to. Once you start running from one of these mobs, they chase you and can't attack unless they stop.
Overall, its pretty nice xp for 63 ^_^.
You could also try manaburning up on Mount Z. (if you're not opposed to primarily Refreshing and pulling). Grab 5 blm friends and kill crawlers around (I-9) or (H-10) (pretty sure those are the camps). Its easiest to get there from the {Halvung Staging point}.
