end-game soloing

I just recently started soloing on blm again. Before the expansion i used to love the elementals in sky, then i quit and Aht Urghan came out. I guess im a little late on getting this expansion and i dont really know the areas too well. I soloed yesterday in Mount Zhaylom fighting Wamoura Princes for 300+ xp per kill so nothing to complain about... i was wondering if any other mobs exist in the new areas that blm can solo well. Anyone have input?

Not sure if Ebony Puddings are soloable, but they are good as well, and also in Mount Zhaylom. Also Marid's might work.

Other non-expansion mobs which I see blm soloing are either in Sea, or Ulu Range, the King Buffalos.

Ebony pudding are soloable, but more risky than Wamoura Princes. the princes walk very slow and dont cast magic. The puddings, however, can keep up with you and they cast magic. Both can be slept with ease (i've yet to be resisted) and both seem to take nice damage from blm.

Marids? i've seen them around and they are like 30 feet tall so i generally try to NOT get pumped in my kitty butt by things like that. But if you are telling me that they are easy to kill, i'll give it a shot.

Not sure about fighting those things.

Chigoes pop out when you're attacking Marids. They're like fleas. They hit 2-3x.

yea... my friends mom pops out there too and i've been trying to avoid her like the plauge.... scary ass woman

Monsters gain 10TP per spell you damage them with, and Chigoes only pop as a TP move, so you'd need to nuke it 10 times to kill it. If you need 10 nukes to kill a Marid for XP you have no business fighting it.

solo Princes and Puddings for easy exp.

there are many other places to solo, but this area is fast to get to.
