So i picked up a fasting ring for my PUP since it seems (still playing with PuP so dont know if i fully like it or not) like a good fit. My question is, as an Elvaan blm (for subing with rdm when i get back to rdm for versatility whm is 31 but blm is only like 12) is the ring worth that slot or would i be better off with an INT ring there?

Personally, I'd use INT. Especially at that level. But that's just me. You could always have the Fasting Ring to start the fight out with, cast a few debuffs and then switch over to INT gear if you wanted.
It doesn't have to be either/or.
