What do you love about being a blm?

Exactly what the title says. What are some great experiences you've had with being a blm that almost no other job can deliver?

Right now, I'm at lvl 53, and whenever there's a second blm in the party, it's awesome double mbing freeze for 2200 damage. /faint.

Moreover, the mp count is amazing. 720mp count right now.

I only want to get to 75 before ToA.... for divine might.
KSBC are also very easy to come by as blm.

I am currently lvling mule's blm (Mageofpeace) being a more attack/melee type person (Main char. Brickshouse being mnk/war) the constant standing around and healing making no damage to the enemy and constantly lookign out for everyone wasn't for me, however black mage where I can poison, cast elemental magic and other entheebling magic, i feel I'm taking a more active role in the fight, which is where I like being, so for me Blm rules when I'm a mage.

I like how easy it is to get xp all by myself. I have recently started soloing for xp with my lvl 74 Black Mage because I am so tired of crap xp parties. My solo technique is new to me but I refined it over the course of a couple days. Now I get 300-450 xp a kill easy, though it takes about 6-10 minutes a kill. I will have lvl 75 very soon now and I think ill keep this up till i have lvl 75 capped up and some merits under my belt. The solo xp for blm above lvl 74 is SUPREME! I would like to see a ninja or a war kill a VT in 6 minutes with no help, or even a red mage.

I like blowing shit up and love doing so much damage in 1 spell.
And blms have it good in end game too easy to get into hnm as BLM

What I love the most...

Partied with another BLM, with an alliance, fighting a strong NM and having the other BLM say: "lets manafont this bitch already!" and one of us promptly uses Gravity, and then both of us cast Stoneskin and Blink and whatnot... then the fun begins, Bounce the mob back and forth, o what a great match of ping pong that was, grabing hate from eachother, hoping to get the kill and its so much fun :>

I'm only at level 30 and love BLM. The power of knowing you will get the kill after leveling PLD, it's a really great feeling. Between my BLM and WHM sub I aleady have two sets of macros to accomodate my arsenal of magic.

I love that when another Mob strolls by that would normally send the party into panic mode, I use and elemental seal and sleep him for our next kill! Also, I can't tell you how many times as Paladin I was kissing the BLM's feet for saving our butts by using Escape at that critical do or die moment

Soloing Very toughs, Incredibly Toughs is fun (some pwnors can solo KS30's, I hope to attempt Come Into My Parlor soon).
