how do i become a blm/rdm? cuz im a lvl 4 rdm and a lvl 4 blm and i like to use black magic and have a sword or good dagger abillities.

You need to get to lv18 before you can do the quest for a sub job. Then you can sub your Blm with Rdm. All the info is on this site. Use search next time plz.

some more info..

1. as BLM/RDM you can only use items who are made for BLM, so the sword has to fit usable by "all jobs" or "BLM", same with dagger, shields, armors...

so BLM has no sword skill, you will only the sword skill from your RDM, since RDM will be only half so strong (sub job), you sword skill is only half so strong when you are BLM/RDM
