  • Hand armor Question

What would be better for a blm? The Seer's Gloves at 29 or the new Rare/Exe gloves you can get out of Carpenters Landing at 25?

If i remember corectly they are:

    Mychophile(sp) Gloves
    +1 Int
    +2 Mnd
    -1 Enm

will the seer's +1 has the extra 1 int. I think the -enm would more than make up for it. And you can get them 4 lvls sooner
    What are your thoughts?

Personally I prefer the extra int of Seer's Mitts+1 but I suppose it all comes down to how you like to play. If you're a more controlled blm who can watch his hate well then the -1enm isn't really that great I think. But if you tend to overnuke or are the type that tries to push their limits as much as possible, the -1enm may give you some marginal breathing room at best. But if you're overnuking then I don't think that -1enm isn't going to help much. Otherwise, at your level int still gives a good boost to dmg and that is what I would stick with.

At their level -1 Enmity would fessibly be a great percentage boost then +1 INT, especially if they already have INT from other sources. Just 1 enmity +/- makes quite a big change though, for me with -1 enmity as RNG it pretty much means about 1 extra shot per 1.5 cycles. So I could shoot 1 time skip a shot, then shoot 2 times quickly without drawing hate. With a good tank just -1 enmity is enough for you to do nearly 300-400 damage in 1 cluster (At lv. 65) without really drawing hate that the tank can't reestablish quickly.

For around lv. 25 seems that -1 Enmity could be prove to be quite a significant improvement. Possibly with a good tank allowing them to burn mana more for faster damage and quicker battles.

        it's not enmity-1, it's -2.
enmity-2 beats INT+1 hands down (forgive the pun) at this level. there's really no contest as far as i'm concerned.

the cuffs are really very easy to get, too.
