Howdy. I just reached 22 black mage the other day. At this moment, I currently have lvl 14-19 gear. I was just wondering if I should pick up some new gear now or wait until a higher level. And if so, what should I pick up. (I'm mainly interested in int and mp) Thanks

Use the item database at http://ffxi.somepage.com and look around for specific items in the level range you want. Generally speaking, most gear in that level range isn't really all that important for mages, since they generally add only 1 point to a stat or a handful of MP, with the exception of a handful of items like Astral Ring and Eremite's Ring+1.
