What is your highest MB?

Sewer Syrup, in addition to most of the ooze type mobs, take an assload of extra damage from spells. I hit nearly 950 damage with Blizzard III, and I hit over 2k damage with Blizzaga III on a dark burst. That guy is fun to fight...but a pain in the ass to spawn. It's also nearly impossible for anyone to keep hate off you if you do any damage...but hey, its fun. Personally, I threw up blink, stoneskin, told the PLD to cover me when they dropped. Did the aforementioned Blizzaga III burst, got in another Blizzard III before blink/stoneskin wore, he covered me, and I just reblink/stoneskined, and let loose. Since the other DD's really didn't have to worry much about hate, the combination of all of our attacks dominated the christ out of the poor Syrup.


On normal mobs, my highest burst so far is a Firaga III for 1,398 damage. I've also bursted the same spell for 1335, 1336, and 1338 damage, but I've yet to get the right number. ; ;

JP Hume BLM I pt'd with last night was continually ripping off 2020 thundaga III bursts on aura statues.. on lightiningsday

had AF2 pant and hands(magic burst bonus and day of the week bonus), igqira body, AF hat, and jupiter staff..

best i could muster was 1875 with igqira body, republic circlet (yay for windurst controlling tu lia), zenith mitts, errant pants/feet

moral of this story..

I want AF2 hands and pants now.. lol

I did my very first freeze burst last night on a weak distortion SC (weaking meaning it wasnt piercing arrow+viperbite) for 1180 dmg.

Strongest MB i made also happened to be the coolest, 1337 dmg with Firaga III on Tormentors in Den of Rancor at lvl 69

first MB i did was with freeze last night in GARLAGE CITADEL on funnel bat for 1200

Highest MB would have to be 1800~ish with Firaga III at 69 to Sewer Syrup. Vs regular Xp mob it would be 1656 to golems behind the moongate at 73. I wonder how much I would do now with new toys. :spin:

I want somebody to do a Thundaga III burst to Sewer Syrup with as much +magic attack as possible (namely, Moldavite, Zenith Mitts, Igqirra weskit (sp), and any others I'm forgetting), Thunder Staff, and tons of +INT. I wonder if we could hit 2k+ damage....

Highest MB i've had was 1061 in Kuftal on a robber crab. Freeze, of course. I had ice staff, but most of my gear was not very great (Seers crown and pants not +1; RSE gloves, feet, and hands, eremites x 2; no moldavite or morions; melon pie) I think i only had around +24 int with food, now I have +30.

Well im only level 60, and I havent tried that Sewer Syrup, so my mbs arent gonna be as high :p But my highest was around 1340 with Flare against a rapter in Cape Terrigan (i just turned level 60 and wanted to us it in a mb, so they let me). I also did a 1304 on a gob while waiting for ballista, with no magic burst at all, and I have casted two 1337 mbs
