I am still wearing a level 15 Sandorian tunic at level 30. It gives +1 INT and +4 MP and was only 10k, but should I sell that and invest in a Fairy tunic? I know Elvaan RSE gives very good INT and MP, but I'm not gonna see it for a while since I don't have enough Jeuno fame and only 20k at the moment (planning on farming some elementals in Konschtat).

Also, should I just get onyx earrings? I do NOT have the money for one Morion earrings and all the other stuff i need, more less two.

try to get 2 energy earrings if not then 2 onyx earings. They help. Atleast for whitemage i can squeeze in another cure if necessary.

As an Elvaan blm, you'll want to use RSE asap. If I were you, I'd really work on getting the fame and magical patterns you need for that quest.

at lvl 30 i had 2 earmites and 2 onyx.. now at lvl 47 i have 2 morion and 2 wisdom which are very good ^^

Get your RSE, at least that which gives you +MP and +INT. I had a faery tunic for a few levels and found that it really wasn't worth it.

Since you're an Elvaan...like the others said, RSE is incredibly useful for you.

Right now I have 2 Goshenites (had 2 Eremites before, but mostly I got bored of them so I just switched them out), a Black Earring, and an Onyx Earring. I'm almost 40, and once I hit that, I'm going to do some BCNMs and get enough gil for a Morion. I'm thinking I'll just keep my Black Earring until I can get a Moldavite.

I'm a Mithra, so I'm not sure how much it will help...but here's what my gear looks like now:
