Getting Fire Spoke

Hey, i'm rather new to my black mage and I thought it would be cool to get all the spells (that I can afford easily) and I noticed at level 9 I can have fire spoke. Where do I get this? I'm in windurst at the moment although i'm a bastokian native. Is there a quest or something I can do in windurst to get it?

you mean blaze spikes? i'm pretty sure thats level 10 for black mage. to get it without buying it, you need to do the 2nd star onion brigade quest. the 1st one requires a rarab tail (common drop from bumblebees). the 2nd one requires 4 wild onions, common drop from goblin thugs.

Actually I just found that out by chance but thanks. The guide I was reading from is usually wrong about the names and yea I meant 10 not 9 =P
