Currently leveling here. The ideal level to start here would be 21. Run up and down the road pitting Leeches vs. Funguar. Watch the areas in between for Orcs or tigers but overall its a safe area. The funguars link so be careful. You can also use these mobs vs. the sheep, sapplings, and Orcs if you want.
Another exp location for 18-20 is by the lake using crabs and pugils vs. any stray goblins. Do not go too far out though or the tigers will tear you to pieces. Also be weary of Bogies at night.
Around level 24-25 (23 is somewhat harder with higher cons) head to Spore Hollow and pit Funguar vs. Funguar. Only thing to watch out for is links other than that if you are the only one there prepare to have exp chains.
If this area isn't working out try the Carpenter's landing entrance to the W around 21-23. -
