I couldn't fit my chart into any of the posts so I decided to list the skills for each job seperately for all to see. This info was obtained from the Japanese site www.ausystem.org. I used to always wonder about this info and I've seen many others ask as well. Hope it helps.

hmmm from the looks of that chart, it seems that beasttamer lacks many skills?? probably why they arn't really wanted in PTs...:confused:

Ture but they are known to use animals for battle that is what they are known for but I find this job very interesting...

Ahhh so then..for all the skills they lack, it makes up for the beast that they tame.in other words your saying, that they may attack like crap with an AXE, but if they get a strong pet, its attack skills will be GOOD enough to replace the skills that they lack.......hmmmmm interesting

Yes I agree but with a sub job of warrior that's a different story. You will get a great bost in attack power..

I don't know what you mean by that... they are tied with warrior as having the best 1-h axe skill in the game. They have a very good axe rating (A-)... It's all the other skills that they aren't so great in...

BST's attack is just as high as any melee class. And even much higher with a pet around. (just remember to release pet to avoid 30% drop in exp) The main problem that why BST dun get invite is mainly due to many pple's ignorance of this class of job , and how BST should partake in Party's attacking tactics.

Most BST solo, becos it is much faster, no need to wait for invites, no need to waste time forming PT, just go straight to battle field.
2 BST PT is also a good PT formation. Taking on tote and tsuyo.

Nowadays, i see BST using mage as sub during PT. rather than the usual War
