No you're describing the common noob. People who level fast, such as I, can get a subjob to 37 in one day, so there's no reason to not level it. They have crap gear because they are poor, that doesnt even have anything to do with anything, theres poor and rich people who level both fast and slow. This isn't real life where people horde money for their retirement funds, if someone has shit gear they are poor, period.
