Ok I have read like every informational post on bst on alla and on this. So I have a question for partying after lvl 35. i am only at lvl 27 now so i do not know much about leave.

I do not understand how bst is not the best dd in the game. If you can charm an EM pet then pull then kill the mob about 3/4 use leave wouldn't that be much more dmg then a jug? Maybe this won't work because there are not many areas with em pets and IT+ mobs. And I am positive this would have been much better before the infamous patch.

But could a higher lvl bst plz fill me in here.

    Re: Party's

well, thats true, there are few zones with IT lvling mobs, and EM mobs nearby O.o so thats why people use jugs :x
also, yes, charmed pets are stronger, but theres always the chance of uncharm, failed charm, etc :x

      Re: Party's

Well, it is definitely possible to do what you are saying. Now, I have never partied my BST; and furthermore, I haven’t really partied post-35 on any job in quite a while. Nonetheless, a few areas come to mind:

West Altepa – (40, 41?) – Camp by East Altepa entrance – You can charm the spiders (40-44) and fight dhamels (44-48) and worms (43-47). Although, in all honesty, you can solo those worms at those levels.

Crawler’s Nest – (42-44?) – Camp downstairs in I-7 – Charm worker crawlers (40-44) and fight the soldier crawlers (47-49).

      Crawler’s Nest – (55ish?) – Downstairs F-9 – Use rumble crawlers (53-55) against helm beetles (59-62).

These are just a few that come to mind, and perhaps my estimates of levels might be a little off, but with some research you could find something.

Furthermore, if there are no EM’s near your camp, on downtimes you can always run out and grab an EM, and Leave/Recharm after each fight. However, this method might not be good when fighting mobs with AOE’s.

Basically, it boils down to being easier to just use jugs; you still make a real nice DD with both your damage and your pet’s.

        Re: Party's

Charming pets gives you the power you need to support the pet in taking down something stronger, but with the headache of uncharming and mischarms. Jug pets gives you the "safe" reliability of one good pet, since it can't uncharm and will only disappear after X amount of time, but it will often lose against whatever it is fighting due to its low HP. Plus it costs money, which isn't that expensive anyway but it adds up.
