LOL dying is kinda part of my strategy...at least, dying to a self-destruct by the zone.

If he chews up 2 CC's I'm betting he's likely to blow up when I fight him.

I've heard of people coming back days later to get their flame; that's kinda where I got this strat lol.

And dying? what's that? I just get a little rest now and them...300 or 400 times...^^

Or you could get unlucky and he just Berserks on you over and over. It's a pretty safe bet, but I'd rather lose the 300 gil or whatever cost of ingredients than 400 (with RR2) or so exp, especially if you get unlucky more than once!

The bomb's level 55, in any case, but bombs hit so hard this looks like it'd be a really fun fight to solo. I'll have to try to solo my gloves when the time comes, however far down the road that might be!

You'll have to see how much damage you and CC do to it, maybe straight-up beating it down might be a viable strategy after all. Bombs just hit so hard that Carrie'll probably have some difficulty holding hate.

ive soloed him before as a 60nin/30war. hes not that hard. worst he did was bioed me.

1. call pet til timer is gone then fight mob.
1A. use pet food with reward bonus gear an apollo staff.
2. when pet is close to death move near the zone an wait for pet to die, then call second pet.
3. 2hr second pet an have it fight DS.
3A. reward pet with reward gear on an apollo staff.
4. after second atk by pet fight along side it, an brace yourself for a tough fight.
