I do not believe so. I think they are all classifed as NMs and cannot be charmed, think someone tested shortly after Beseiged mobs stayed alive long enough to guage. -

I tried gauging the Puks (one of the few normally charmable mobs that attack, most of the beseiged mobs aren't charmable even as normal mobs) and it said I could not charm, so looks like that's a no. I laughed when some self annointed beseiged leader tried to tell all beastmasters to charm and familiar the mobs right before a beseiged started.72+2 Bonecrafting (Bone Purification, Filing, Protective Spectacles, Boneworker's Apron)

Like someone already mentioned, all Besieged mobs are Notorious Monsters, and therefore cannot be charmed.
Even if they weren't completely immune, I sincerely doubt they could be Charmed anyway, since they have insanely high defense across the board.All Nations: Rank 10
