Refresh and Food buffs are NICE! I told Firedevil about the refresh a few times and was going on about it in my LS. lol.

Use the food if I'm in a normal party, and also use the Refresh on my Brd. I love the new areas.

It's probably a bug or what not, but it seems if you refresh your sanction before it expires, you do NOT need to pay the 100 IP to KEEP the chosen sanction bonus. That being said, you'll need to have purchase this bonus previously.

I have NOT test this out personnally. This happen to a party member. He didn't purchase the regen effect when he refresh his sanction but he was getting auto-regen.

Maybe, the auto-regen from previous sanction haven't expired? Or he is playing a trick on us... who knows...

This has happened to me during besieged. I had no idea where I was getting auto-regen.
