I didn't get a chance to fight Maat with Chucky (I had already beaten him before anyone on my server had managed to HQ Antlion Broth.) but I would have done so if I had the opportunity. That fight is so fuckin' hard.

How does one reach that conclusion? Am I cheating if I only put out the good china when we have important guests? Am I cheating when I only use the macintosh for graphic design, and not everyday work? I guess I can't fathom making that leap, but to each his own

im not 75 and i read it on Allla that it was by some respected poster so I assumed that it was since Choppy pretty much can take maat

Well in that respect, you are correct. From everything I've heard Chucky makes the fight absolutely easy, but I would call that "using the right tool for the job", not necessarily cheating

Won't pay more than 50k unless I'm in desperate need. Most I pay on a regular basis is 30k for carrie.

I weep for any bst under lvl 65 that pays for Courie Carrie when funguar pets are so good. When I was lvling in torai[tab] canal at 59 and used a funguar once to help finish off a mindcraver then sic it on another one, it damn near solo'd it. With decent windy fame they cost like 8k for a stack, so you can't beat that.

I have hero fame in every nation, and they cost me roughly 10,000 a stack. >.>;

On the Funguar note, though. I would stand up and say they're better than Carrie, but they totally fail defensivley, and sometimes that helps a lot more than "OWN IT FASTER!"

In example, the BCNM "Celery." We tried a zerg rugh with 3 Funguar and they all died way too early. We ended up kiting the mob until Call Beast was up again. With Carrie only one or two of us would have to recall our pets, even though it did kill him slower, it was much safer.

yea, it really depends on the situation. Sometimes you need the staying power of CC. Sometimes you need the complete coolness of the dark spore. That's why I carry both on me. If I'm feeling super-cool i'll pull out a mite but they are all offense and no defense.
