How can a beastmaster kill a wyvern solo?

Depends on which wyverns you're suggesting. Gustav wyverns are hard. Too many bones in the way.

Ifrit wyverns are sort of easy. Just watch out for bomb aggro.
A wyvern that pops in onzozo, easy. Just send a torama at it.
Wyverns in kuftal...2hr a tiger maybe. Too hard.

I don't like killing wyverns. They have that annoying para AE, a breath that silences you, and evasion boost. There's no good reason to kill them either unless you're hunting for the opo crown item in Ifrits or farming for wyvern skins for crafting or money. If I really wanted money, I'd go hunt a couple hakutaku eyes.

Which level is require to kill the wyverns at Ifrit cauldron and onzozo??

the both wyverns are 72+ (with the Ifrit one's much higher) so my guess would be you'll need to be 72+ as well.

The gustav one arent too hard, with the use of your 2hr. I was helping a nin friend with Ungar. Pt was like this.

75RDM/37NIN (he solo'd the PH, and others)
65WHM/32BLM (she came after our first wipe)
75BST/37NIN (Life-Time Duo partners. [husband/wife])
75BST/37WHM (see above)
75NIN/37WAR (came after Ungar showed up)
75BLM/37RDM (came with the ninja)
72RDM/36WHM (me. was waiting on the Holla Goblin before i was dragged along)

After our first attempt at it, and dieing horibly from a Bones that popped, both BST charmed a scorpion. One was a T, the other was VT. And for anyone that doesnt know, Scorp pets are all attack. Strike first, ask questions... well, never. They owned Ungar up and down.

Once Ungar died (boomerang dropped ^^) we went and killed Wyvernpoacher, who was still up and wandering aimlessly (no drop), then cruised back down, and spanked Taxim around. (again, no drop. but his drop isnt anything to brag about.)

Around that time, the first BST's pet turned on him, so we turned pet against former pet. Easilit died, and the she just released her scorp before i turned on her.

All in all, the BST's did the majority of the dmg, and the rest of us were just there for support.
