Stuck at 33 >.<

Stuck at level 33 beastmaster, and so anxious to get 35 by this weekend. I tried qufim, slow xp but its working. Yuhtung jungle is crowded, havent tried it though. Korrolokola Tunnel is slow. And I cant find a way to get to the Gusgen Mines leveling spot with the bombs. Is there anywhere else?

I think i did gob pets in eastern altep desert. High risk/high reward factor here. Save point was in Rabao, and everytime i died, chocoboed back to camp.

Those Gob spiders go down fast due to low HP, but they hit you VERY hard.

My problem with that area is that there is SOOOOO much aggro around. You have to be so careful. Gobs everywhere, sabotenders, Anticans, and then undead after 20:00. I found it hard to get a safe spot.

Although if you do get the kill, you are guaranteed 200 exp, even if your pet is still alive. In fact MAKE SURE your pet is still alive, because you wont last long solo against one of those spiders.

I found someone to help me get map of east altep, and soloed to lvl 34 on friday-saturday. Sunday, I was soloing spiders again, then got offered party (was suprised). Turns out it was an all bst party 34-36. I went from 34-35 (approximately 6k xp) in less than 3 hours, plus i died twice so it could have been faster. Leveled a bit more (currently 1.6k till Lv. 36), and party disbanded :dead:. I'm going back later tonight after I do H/W to get the last 1.6k .

To get to the bombs in Gusgen you need to get some silent oils. And you need a scroll of instant warp.

Then you go straight in, throughthe middle door in both large areas you come too ( after goign down stairs). After the 2nd set of doors you will come to a T intersection. Go left. From there just head west as much as possible and you will come to a hole. Fall downt he hole and you are there.

Summary, go straight in ( middle paths), go west at the T.

Should take you 1, may 2 oils per trip in.

Normally there are tons of miners here, and they almost always have raise ( at least on my server). Tons of 50+ /whm and whm or rdm mains. SO if you die ( and you will), a raise is usually pretty much guaranteed ( again, this is on my server .. mileage may vary). Easy, easy exp, but fairly risky.

The safest way to get started is to go SLOW until you have mostly cleared the area. The Gallinipers and Myconids are your pets, and they are agro and link. Your targets are the Feu Follet which are agro, but dont link. Dont hesitate to use T pets, they will die fast enough, and the exp penalty is not even noticable when you are getting that much exp Its usually max exp anyway at 33. After you have cleared the area a little bit, things go much smoother and you can relax a bit, but watch for spawns.
