BST duo leveling guide?

My friend and I have just started to level BST together as a duo. We were doing fine leveling in valkurm before level 20, but now that we are 21, we are having trouble finding good places to level. It seems most places don't have enough Even Matches to fight VT~IT.
Does anybody know of a duo leveling guide?
