Worms

Pre-release, worms are awesome. I hardly have gotten a chain before, but it's so easy to get Chain1-2 in Maze of Shakhrami. So I'm wondering where good spots to fight worms are? My current plan

17-20/21= Maze of Shakhrami, Stink Bats vs Maze Makers

20/21-22/23=??? (The worms in Korroloka Tunnel are 20-25 but the bats are 22-26, so if anybody knows any worms at this level that'd be great. As of now I plan on leveling off of Fungars in Jugner).

22/23-25= Korroloka Tunnel, Seeker Bats vs Land Worms

25-27= Qufim Island, Clippers/Seeker Bats/Dark Bats vs Land Worms.

27-30= Maze of Shakhrami, (very many choices here) vs Abyss Worm

30-35= ??? No clue where to go at all

I'd recommend against abyss worms there ZOM.

The stuff there all agros. You don't have sneak yet. It will be very hard for you to attack a worm with a pet and then get agroed by an ancient bat which you will have no defence for since you don't have release.

You can technically silent oil your entire lv there but that's way more gil than I care to use. Just use other mobs. You don't HAVE to lv off of worms.

At lv 40, there are worms in both east and west altepa that you can probably kill but local pets are not really able to kill them off easily as before.

~36-42: Sand Beetles > Flesh Eaters, E Altepa

I've only tried this once, since Goblin's Spiders are such fast xp, but it seemed to work well. Note that Flesh Eaters only come out between 18:00 and 6:00 (like bats), and between 20:00 and 4:00 there are also Lost Souls wandering around.

I wasn't as fond of worm hunting as you are; Heel/Stay always pulled my pet out of melee range, so I needed to wait for the worm to Stone it to death, which can take a while. It might be better now that I have Leave (yay!).

I tried korroka tunnel at 24, obtained about 2500 exp (very slowly) and died once. I don't see this place being very good. Most pets con as tough, most targets EP-DC, few EM and Tough. Died when I had a bind, loss charm on tough pet -> jet stream -> stonega -> ; ;.

Ordeles Cave is much better, died about 4 times there: 2 were learning curve aggro; one was Tough --> Tough beetle action to get some DC's or EM's to spawn (note: I now use jug pets to clear tough pets); and the last was 5 consecutive misscharms with +18 chr . . .

I'm trying Qufim at 25 now.
