    When I was 73 and doing the Hakutaku NM fight, I could charm the Million Eyes even though they conned Tough to me with the Light Staff. And this wasn't just a one off thing, I charmed and moved about 5 million eyes with no trouble at all.

    That Light Staff = Win

    If I can confirm that the Apollo staff boosts the effects, I would definitely buy it.

      light staff boosts effects of ALL light based abilities/spells. and apollo staff DOES help even more. I believe charm is light based thats why its kicking so much ass.
