lv 32 slowness help!

the hardest level for me so far is 36.. i cant seem t get past it, been at this level for 1 month

36? Take beetles and go gob spider hunting. It's kind of dangerous but damn exiciting >_<

Great pay off but just oh so very hard.

I think if you practice now with this kind of intensity of danger, you'll get the skills necessary to make it in any part of the game later on. At least that's my hope anyway ...

36 i remember i was still bombing the hell out of gusgen. you can go in a murderous rampage on the bombs since everything there's decent now to control. get rid of the decent bombs first, then chain even and tough bombs for quick exp and good cash from the ashes. I personally found that safer than gobpets, where you do have a chance of getting the gob itself at which point you were dead meat.

once you hit 37 you can eat the skellies in seaserpent grotto for lunch. Just be careful if you're hitting them with the pet; it used to be fairly easy to do this, but blood saber was powered up considerably in the recent patches. Note that at this level you can use Cure2 as a finishing move to deal 30~40pts of damage (you'll be able to use this trick in behemoth's dominion at ~lv43? or so, using cure3's to finish the skels for ~60 damage)

you are right about lv 36. I am also having a hard time with it cause I keep dying

I got 36 but promptly died 4 times today. Once cause I was dumb and tried to lv my scythe on an even match and my scythe skill is like 20 points below cap for lv.

1 time it was some lost newbies in kazham that trained like 5 gobs into me and got me killed cause they died and gobs stopped chasing to wack me.

2x were against T anticans. I had an even match beetle and I killed like a dozen T anticans but some reason once in a blue moon, I decide to miss every single attack and let the antican get all criticals and double attacks. Also my pet decides to miss 8x in a row and die on me.... strange lv. But I am still making headway. 1700/6400 now. Despite dying so much..... I'll see how tomorrow goes.

I was level 36 honestly for maybe 2 hours... Even match Beetle pet just destroys those Goblin pets, chain up to 5 for 200+ xp each fight anyone? Just rediculous how fast the goblin pet trick is...(at night you can kill the worms around there super fast and easy too - IT worms play easy)

gack, 2 hrs.. it took me like 4 hrs to lv to 37.

But then again, I got really sick of trying to dodge everything doing gob pets. It was impossible to do at night cause I'd drop into yellow in like 2 hits. And that usually happened even before my pet got to engage. Low life agro from lost souls = HUGE range.

I can't kill worms with even match beetles at 36.

I threw 2 of them at an IT worm and both died and I barely got away. Ate a stonga II on the way out too.

It was great exp for sure when I can get it but it takes wayyyyyy too long to get the right opportunity. Too many cactur, gobs, and manticore for my liking and that's just during the day. Also the Dunes Widow showed up where I was resting with my beetle to make sure I got the message of not being in that area.

Personally, I like the area near the quicksand caves entrance close to korella tunnel zone. I got lots of T and EM anticans and beetles that I can kill with a EM beetle. Great gil drops also.

Picked up 2 stacks of dark crystals - 2.8k each
6 antican pauldrons -2k each
and some rotten meat and of course gil drop.

18+K worth of gil and 4k exp is kind of slow but hey, it's about the same as if I got 2k exp an hour and then had to go farm another 2 hrs worth of gil.

Well I hit 32 yesterday after taking about two weeks of from leveling. I did it doing what sudo did:crab on crab action until my eyes bleed. I headed over to the desert and did spiders on spiders for a bit. Got bored and decided to strap on a pair and head to Gusgan.

Ohhhhh the potential. 32 is hard there. I may go back to boring old spider on spider action until I hit 33 and the Gallinopers(sp?) become more obtainable. I still ended the night up about 2k in exp but I died a lot. Lesson learned, never play the game after your Lakers lose.

I can't remember who said it but stock up well for this. I brought a stack of Meat Broth, stack of Delta food, stack of Silent Oils, Warp Scroll and Reraise scroll. Since I was 32, I tried to stay in the first room. Make sure you have at least 3 mycondid(sp?) within running range. Charm one and throw it at a bomb. Run until you are just out of agro range your next pet and wait. I got reallllly good at using my charm and <bt> macros. So well, I rarely got hit between pets.

Which is important because there is almost ALWAYS an elemental down there.

I got frustrated when another JAP BST showed up and started clearing the large room. Gonna try again this evening and hope no one is there. I did see the potential when he was waiting for spawns there.

And seeing EXP Chain #1 and 240 exp get added without getting touched makes the 1,000 deaths I got last night worth it.

When is Gusgan take the center path. Go down the stairs and pull the lever on the very left. Enter. In the top left hand corner is a room that has an exit in it's top left hand corner that spirals down. Follow it down and you are there. If you don't see Mycondid, you are in the wrong place.

Went back there last night. Got 3.5k in 2 hours without a single death. Hit 33 and could spend time in both rooms charming flies now. Two Gusgan keys even dropped in two minutes. So much fun. :D

I don't think it would be a good place for Tarus, the bombs agro with magic use and so do the two elementals that ALWAYS seem to be there. Plus the mobs hit for about 100 after using beserk. Be careful. :D
