Dynamic Duo - Can it work?

I have a friend in game, that I play with pretty much every single day. She's a Taru WHM/RDM right now. Me, im leveling THF/WAR. Last night she told me she wanted to be a BST/WHM. I was like cool, maybe I should become a BST/WAR and party with you throughout the game.

So, my question is this. Can a Taru BST/WHM and a Elvaan BST/WAR make it far in the game by ourselves? Just the two of us? Like that Will Smith song "Just..then...two of us!" lol

bst duos and pts are awesome. Essentially you'll have a 4man pt fighting anything; whereas in solo you'd pit an even vs a even or tough, duo you'll go vs tough ~ vt (IT depending on the mob).

You will do much better if both of you sub whm, though. Early on it might not be as much of a problem, but sooner or later you'll want invis/sneak by your side, as well as regen/blink/stoneskin.

Yeah, I get where your coming from. But im lvl. 1 on WHM, would probably take me a little while to level up and I don't want her to pass me by too much.

Think I should pay someone to powerlevel me to 15? then head over to Valkurm? Im going to look pretty funny as a WHm/WAR too...haha

why not just have her power lv you? this way you catch up and she won't get too far ahead.

Hey, she's a whm, plv would be easy. oh and by the way, I recommend that you guys power lv eachother's bst jobs in the beginning lv's cause those are a pain in the butt.

One of my friends actually had me help him lv his bst all the way to 35 since he could tank as a bst/war and I'd be whm and we'd form a pt. It worked rather well. No one ever complained cause he had /anon on and we were doing great exp but he can't help me cause he's a galka and I'm taru. I can sub war but I would still be a pretty lousy tank and him being whm would probably not work well either ><

Might work as elvaan though. I mean dang it I'm soloing bst right now and I swear that heel is busted sometimes. I heel and then monster attacks me eventhough I haven't done anything cept "fight" and "heel" and would not kill my pet off. This is driving me nuts >_< NEED RELEASE wrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
