Hello there,
I'm thinking of leveling my whm mule and eventually turn it into a bst. (I don't like how Elvaan M Bst look like.) I'm currently taking a break off of my Elvaan, and would like to take this opportunity to try out one of the classes that I first thought I would never try.
I'm just being curious, but... How exactly does a Beast Tamer/Master level out in the field? From what I gather from reading and asking a few players, they almost all, pre-level 35, try to get their current pet killed (Perhaps disengage when the targetted monster is almost dead?) and then try to kill the monster themselves, recieving more experience points. Is this how you level?
About how much experience points is saved/lost if you get your monster killed first and then kill the monster yourself?
I'm really quite interested in the job now that I've read more about it. My mule/Elvaan (Just in case I change my mind.) are still way off to becoming a Bst/Whm, but I just wanted to read a preview of what I might end up doing.
Thank you for reading~
