what is a tsuyo monsters ?? and why the healieng ability help u with them?

To what the ppl refers when they said "except the beast healing command "itawaru" allows you to aim for tsuyo monsters for exp!"

pls help me with that^^

itawaru = Reward, Lv12 ability
tsuyo = tough monster
