BST Artifact Armor

So...What level do you need to be to wear the BST artifact armor, and where/how do you get it? Thanks for the help

AF armor starts at level 52 and goes up to level 60. All pieces are +tame, and from what I can tell this significant lengthens tame time.

It says that Sneak and Invisible is required to do this quest is that true?

yeah you will need sneak/invis to open coffers but I guess beyond that it's not really necessary, could always use silent oil and prism powder. Most soloing BST sub rdm or whm anyways so I doubt it makes much of a difference.
